Introducing the launching of our International Vision (instead of Division)!  We will begin with the great continent of Africa, so named TLC Africa!

This inaugural class is composed of individuals from Botswana, Ghana, Jamaica, Kenya, Liberia, Mauritius, Nigeria, Senegal, and South Africa. They have all distinguished themselves in their professions and communities and have received numerous awards and accolades. These vibrant, energetic, and optimistic young people have already established networks they are currently mentoring and are prepared to coach. Your financial contributions will make this possible. Here is a snapshot of some of our participants in this course:

  • A surgeon who specializes in breast and gynecological cancer; he is also the founder and Executive Director of a non-profit community-based health organization has provided free medical and surgical care to 2,000 low-income persons in Ghana in the past 7 years. He says, “my goal is to become a top-notch life coach making an impact in the lives of young ones especially in the health field.”
  • A psychiatrist, professor, and mental health consultant is interested in life coaching to provide optimal care for people. He says, “I intend to use the knowledge from this training to empower myself so I can rise above life’s challenges and mentor more young people to achieve their full potential.”
  • A social entrepreneur and youth professional development advocate who was named one of the 2022 JCI Top Ten Outstanding Young Persons in South Africa for contributions to children, world peace, and/or human rights, says, “there are only a few life coaches in Africa and through my company, I will train more individuals to be coaches.”
  • A chartered accountant, founder, and director of a proof reading and editing company, and the founder of The Boardroom Call (TBC), a professional development program for middle to senior professionals is training to be a life coach. “I wish to advance my mentorship skills by transitioning to a Certified Life Coach. I believe the certification will better place me at an advantage to support my mentees through specialized tools.”
  • A corporate lawyer strongly believes she is responsible for raising the next generation of leaders and to take the “proverbial elevator down to elevate others.” “I have had multiple requests to mentor and coach younger professionals, and I have used various tools with some of them over the years. I, however, think I need to be upskilled and certified for my output to be effective and measurable. I think it’s only fair and responsible for me to be certified.”
  • The founder of a non-partisan organization that focuses on promoting youth political participation and local governance rooted in citizens’ engagement goal is to help young Nigerians discover their purpose in life, by building their confidence, self-awareness and communication skills. “I am motivated to inspire young people by sharing practical lessons applicable to all walks of life. Upon the completion of the Life Coaching Certification Program, I intend to train young leaders in Nigeria and Africa to achieve clarity of purpose, priorities in life, make plans, and be resilient to setbacks.”
  • A community development and domestic violence advocate says that “I am focused on empowering women. I am passionate about community service; I want to create a violence-free and resilient society.”
